The Old Association of Kinnaird Society (Oaks) Karachi organised a fashion show titled ‘Saving Thar’, a philanthropic initiative to express solidarity with people living in the famine-ridden desert.
Gul Ahmed joined hands with Oaks for the cause in its endeavour to save lives that are at risk due to acute water shortage. Held at a local hotel, the fashion show was lauded by people who showed their support by turning up in large numbers at the event, according to a press release.
